- In the rare case that you do receive a defected/damaged product or any wrong product is delivered, kindly drop us a mail with a photo at info@herkraft.com or contact us on +91-9920997082,the same will be exchanged at no further cost. In case of Exchange or Return, kindly drop us an email within 7 days of receiving the order on returns@herkraft.com.
- Please make sure the product is unused and its original packaging is intact while sending back to us. The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team. Once the team approves the product, an exchange of product or refund will be initiated in your HerKraft account. Shipping/COD charges are non- refundable.
- Our policy doesn’t permit a monetary refund until and unless it is a manufacturing defect. Our company will first review the product and accordingly take a decision. Updates will thoroughly be communicated to you from our side. All the refunds will be credited in your HerKraft Wallet.
